Last Updated: June 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your engagement with M8FLOW's services. By booking a call or purchasing a service pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by M8FLOW, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
M8FLOW provides AI-generated UGC video ads and marketing automation services, including but not limited to WhatsApp and Instagram follow-up bots, lead qualification systems, and CRM integrations.
3. Project Delivery & Revisions
- Starter Pack: 5-7 days delivery.
- Growth Engine: Bot live in 7 days, first ad batch in 10 days.
- Revisions: Each video includes 2 revision rounds. Extra rounds are billed at 30 OMR per video.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing high-quality product photos and brand assets required for AI training and ad production. Delays in asset provision may affect delivery timelines.
5. Fees & Payments
All fees are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR). One-time packs are payable in full before delivery. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each service period. Setup fees for automation systems are due before project kickoff.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the high credit costs associated with AI production, refunds are not available once final high-resolution assets have been generated. Satisfaction is guaranteed through our included revision process.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final delivered ad creative for use in their marketing. M8FLOW retains the right to use delivered assets in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
M8FLOW is not liable for ad performance, account suspensions by third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.), or any indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscat.
